It is mainly designed for use on balconies, smaller patios, or for use against a wall and it is easy to open and retract via a pulley cord. In order to keep the fading risk in order, this has been UV treated to protect against this, and keep you cool and shaded a the same time. It has been made with a powder coated steel frame and is more than simple to open and close with the pulley cord mechanism. Alternatively, you can add a base weight (purchased separately) to keep it firm and secure or alternatively, it can be bolted or screwed direct to a solid surface.
