The grill is suspended on chains so that you can raise and lower the grill, to adjust the cooking temperature, with a crank system. The grill, , comprises v-shaped channels which allows fat to drain away from the food during cooking, into a trough at the front of the grill. Not only is this a healthy method of cooking, but it prevents flare ups which may taint the flavour of your food. A metal drawer collects ash to aid cleaning and has a useful shelf for utensils or storage under the grill area. As this BBQ requires no painting, it is easy to maintain. The Las Pampas can be used with wood or charcoal.

NOTE: Due to its size and weight, it will be delivered by lorry on a pallet.
