Buschbeck Cast Iron Cooking Grid: The Buschbeck Cast Iron Cooking Grid is the perfect addition to any Buschbeck Barbecue product. Robust and durable, it will last you a long time if you take good care of it. Heat is distributed evenly in cast iron so you are guaranteed to have a perfect cook. The item is porcelain coated for easier cleaning and protection against oxidation. It features inverted cooking bars which allow one side to focus the heat into the cooking bars for searing, whilst the other side features grooves that channel away excess cooking juices. The Buschbeck Cast Iron Cooking Grid  comes with removable cast iron handles.
